How does it work?

These plans and options are designed to support your espresso machine throughout its life. It enables you to budget for essential maintenance to equipment that produces high profits for your business. Everything you will require is included in the various plans including the water treatment unit changes so other than your routine daily cleaning you can pretty much forget about all maintenance concerns. The proactive maintenance aspect of the plans (routine servicing) reduces machine ‘down time’ and will prolong the useful life of the equipment. It provides affordable access to the types of planned maintenance that large groups and corporate customers have enjoyed for years but which has been mainly inaccessible to the independents.

What will it cost me?

To start any of the maintenance agreement plans we need to be in receipt of your signed contract, initial payment and confirmation that the monthly standing order has been set up. The second payment under the plan must be made within 30 days of the plan being initiated and monthly thereafter. All prices are on the attached rate card. For more than one machine on a single site and PMV’s carried out to multiple machines during the same visit add a total of 50% of the plans value to the monthly plan price. For machines that do not already have water treatment unit fitted when the contract begins, the initial payment will attract a one off supplementary charge of £150.00 for supplying and fitting a new unit. Other items that can be covered as part of the plan are as follows, Hot water Boilers, Hot water / Steam Boilers, Filter coffee machines, Additional water treatment units. With the items just listed if the machine cannot be repaired we will replace with a reconditioned unit as part of the Plan.

What if I don’t want a maintenance agreement?

If you have any coffee and tea brewing equipment such as traditional  espresso machines, Hot water boilers, Hot water / Steam Boilers and vending style coffee machines but you don’t want to take on a monthly budget plan, no problem. Ta Moko Espresso can look after your equipment with our pay as you go service. For prices see the attached rate card.

What about a full service and de-scale?

If you have a machine that is in need of a full service or it has failed its boiler and pressure system inspection due to lime scale build up don’t worry we are at hand to assist and so you don’t loose any sales while this takes place we can lend you a free on loan machine while yours in in our workshop being overhauled. Should this occur and you then decide to take on a maintenance plan you will receive a 15% discount from the overhaul prices on the rate card. In addition, any parts required during the overhaul process would be covered under the agreement, thus no charge would be made for the parts used. Customers requiring this level of work, but who are not on a maintenance plan will be charged for any parts required in addition to the prices on our rate card.
